Not finally clarified: GenePaws has not yet documented a chosen laboratory partner or signed data processing agreement in the project's decision-making basis. The information below are requirements for the finished delivery, not confirmed characteristics of the current service.
- Laboratory and method. Name, country, method of analysis and which methods may be covered by accreditation must be stated.
- Roles and Agreements. It must be clarified whether the laboratory is a data processor or independent data controller, and which agreements regulate the processing.
- Analysis and storage. The place for analysis, storage, backup copies and any transfers outside the EEA must be described specifically.
- Physical Sample. Routines and deadlines for storage, destruction and any new analysis must be stated before ordering.
- Viewing, exporting and deleting. The process, format and any legal restrictions must be described and work at both GenePaws and the laboratory.
- Other purposes. Any use for validation, product improvement or research must be described precisely, have a valid processing basis and be separated from what is necessary to deliver the test.
